Our Team
Mark Jamerson
President & CEO
Mark started at AAWD as a sales rep back in 1991. After eleven years he decide he was done working for, “The Man” so in 2002, he bought the company. Mark loves getting out of the office to run service calls, help with complex installs, and even demonstrate windows to perspective customers . If he could fit his tools in the saddle bags or figure out how to strap a window sample to his back, on a nice day, he'd probably show up at your door riding in on his cruiser.
Jeff Wilson
Director of Operations
No one's really quite sure what Jeff does, but he can usually be found pounding away on his laptop at the office. Occasionally, he'll head out to measure and demonstrate windows to a perspective customer or show up on a job site to help with a tricky installation and make sure everything is just right. He’s got a big truck, a big miter saw, and a pretty sweet hammer drill with an enormous battery. We all think he might be compensating for something...
Walt Reddick
Product Specialist
Walt kinda looks like the villain from a 50s era western. If you're fortunate enough to meet him in person you'll find his actually one of the good guys. Once you get over the fact he's a Patriots fan, it's hard to not like the guy. When he's not painting a mental picture of how a home will look with alternate window and door styles to future customers, he's probably at his home in Marietta, hammer in hand starting another home improvement project.
Cindy Jamerson
Customer Service
We weren't sure what position to list for Cindy, she has more titles than CarMax. Initially, she was brought on board to help answer the phones, but she's pretty much taken over restructuring the office. If we need to look-up a customer from 1994, Cindy will know exactly where the file is upstairs in the archives. Just don't move anything on her desk, she will know!
